SEED (Sustainable Empowerment through Economic Development) Livelihood Network is the international livelihood ministry of the Free Methodist World Missions. We partner with holistic ministries around the world to help them do micro-enterprise that makes sense in their communities.
The Set Free Movement seeks to create new futures and end modern slavery through community-based action and partnership with others. They are deeply committed to holistic freedom, a special preference for the poor, smart action done in community, and collaboration. They believe that human trafficking is a symptom of a greater problem: that we are broken. In order to end slavery, we must both serve with compassion at the margins and work to bring hope and healing to broken communities. This requires more than projects and programs – it starts with community, builds with holistic action, and produces transformation. The Set Free Movement currently operates in 17 US states, the Philippines, India, Thailand, Taiwan, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Canada.
International Child Care Ministries is a child sponsorship initiative serving 20,000 children in over 30 countries. They work with Free Methodists for high levels of care and accountability. Through education, meals, clothing and basic medical care, children in need have an opportunity for a better life. ICCM’s vision is a world where every child is loved, safe and developing their God-given potential.
